Ice Caps and Pandas and Blue Cities oh my!
There is no doubt Summit County residents love to travel! Here at
the library, we can't keep the newest guide books on the shelves for long. No destination is too remote and no adventure too daunting.
For the last 10 years, Janet Good, former North Branch Library manager and Friends of the Library extraordinaire, has sought out our traveling locals and invited them to show off their wonderful pictures from their trips around the world.
This year we have another wonderful line up of locals who will be sharing exciting stories, beautiful photos and travel advice.
We invite you to come by the North and the South Branch Libraries on alternating Friday evenings, sit back, and enjoy your free journey from the comfort of your 'armchair.' There is something for everyone so don't miss the chance to ignite your travel bug.
