Projects and Supply Lists
In-person library programs are on hold for the summer, but you can still get your creative fix with Friday Virtual Crafternoons! Once a month, Marissa from the South Branch will air a prerecorded craft demo that you can watch and complete at home. These videos will air live every week and be saved afterwards on our Facebook page and YouTube channel.
This summer’s theme: Upcycle. Each of our projects will require minimal supplies that you likely already have lying around at home, and that can be repurposed into beautiful new objects!
Friday, June 26th @ 3 PM: Outdoor Mason Jar Chandelier
Friday, July 24th @ 3 PM: Recycled Magazine Bowl
Friday, August 21st @ 3 PM: Folded Book Art
Videos will be available for viewing on our Facebook page or our Youtube Channel. They will be published at the date and time listed and will still be available for viewing afterwards.
Here’s a complete list of upcoming crafts, along with what you’ll need for each. We’ve also included optional materials you may want to purchase or find in order to create a more “finished” project where applicable:
